New HPNAP OS/CE Documentation

Reminder: The second half of the HPNAP OS/CE documentation is due to Vickie Steck by August 4, 2017 for the fiscal year of 2016-2017. This is for expenses incurred from January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017. Click on the links below for each expense form.

HPNAP Operations Support- Capital Equipment Grants
The 2017-2018 HPNAP OS/CE grant is now available. Please review the checklist to ensure that everything is included with your application. Applications are due to the Food Bank on May 22, 2017, by 4:00 PM. Late applications will not be accepted.
