The annual Empty Bowls Luncheon at the Corning Incorporated Headquarters is a fundraising event to raise awareness and funds for the Food Bank of the Southern Tier. This year's luncheon will be held on December 11, 2018 from 12:00-1:00 pm.
For a donation of $25, you can enjoy a lunch of soup, salad, bread, dessert, and beverage, and leave with a handmade pottery bowl generously donated from 171 Cedar Arts Center and the Ithaca Clay School.
Tables of 10 are also available for this luncheon. Choose the table option and if you don't know your guests at the time of registration, choose 'Anonymous'. Tell your guests to give your name and department at check-in to be directed to their table.
This event benefits those in our community who often don’t have enough to eat. Each ticket sold will provide 75 meals to our neighbors in need.
Double your Impact with a match by Corning Foundation. After registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Use that receipt to submit a employer matching gift request on the Corning Foundation's website at www.corningfoundation.org.
Any questions can be directed to coordinator Jim Matthews at MatthewsJE@Corning.com or 607.974.7608.
