According to Feeding America's Hunger in America study, 79% of households that use food pantries have eaten inexpensive but unhealthy food just to get by.
Whether you're a Food Bank client or not, making time in your schedule and room in your budget to prepare healthy meals can be difficult. In honor of National Nutrition Month, our Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables Nutritionists Paddy and Elisa have gathered nutrition resources and prepared easy recipes that will help you make healthier choices in March.
