Can I fundraise as a team? How do team donations work?
Unfortunately, teams cannot create one team fundraising page on everydayhero. However, each team member can create an individual fundraising page and encourage donors to give to multiple members of the same team. Each individual team member has to raise at least $150 to participate.

Who do I make my donation check out to?
Food Bank of the Southern Tier. Thanks!

What is the Food Bank's tax ID number?
Our tax ID number is 20-8808059.

I didn't fundraise $250 in time to get my TDK jersey at the event. Can I fundraise after Tour de Keuka is over?
Yes! Fundraising will be open for a few weeks after Tour de Keuka, and then we'll place the final jersey order. If you fundraise $250 before the final jersey order, you'll still be eligible to receive one.

I see there's a fundraising minimum. Can I still ride if I don't raise that amount?
No, all riders must meet the $150 minimum. $150 provides 450 meals for people struggling with hunger, so it has a huge impact on our community.

Can my child participate and ride with me?
Yes, children of all ages can participate in any ride. Children under 5 years old must ride on or be pulled behind a guardian's bike. Children in trailers or bike carriers do not have to fundraise but will need to register and have a completed waiver. All children and teens under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does my employer's matching gift count towards my fundraising minimum?
No, employer matching gifts do not count toward the fundraising minimum.

I registered to ride and now I have a conflict. Can you cancel my registration? Do I still have to meet the fundraising minimum?
Registration fees and donations are non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend, your registration fee would not be refunded but you do not have to continue fundraising (although we would happily accept any donation!)

What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of the ride?
This is a rain or shine event, and there will be no refunds granted. Cyclists assume their own risk if they chose to ride in inclement weather. We ask that all cyclists please use best judgment when deciding whether or not to ride. In the event of thunder or lightning, first seek shelter then call for SAG support to pick you up. The phone number will be provided on ride day.

What happens if I can't finish my ride?
Please call SAG support to pick you up. The phone number will be provided on ride day.
